COVID 19 Update 15 Mar 2021
Most courts anticipate returning to live hearings on or about 1 Jun 2021. However, for courts of general jurisdiction (civil and criminal), criminal jury trials will be prioritized ahead of civil jury trials. Our office is likewise scheduled to return to live consultations and mediations. Based on the anticipated opening of vaccinations to all adults over age 18 on 1 May 2021, our employees will be required to obtain their vaccinations on or before 31 May 2021 to ensure the safety of each other, court personnel, our clients, and their children.
